• Keep your GPS off: Try keeping your GPS off as long as you don’t need it. GPS drops battery life to a very large extent and keeping it off might improve your battery life by 3-4 hours.




• Turn down display brightness Try keeping display brightness to a lowest possible value. With big screen and high display brightness phone consumes battery at a faster rate.




• Update Apps regulary With newer versions developers mostly try to come up with app that consumes lesser battery and RAM. Try keeping update option to “Update Automatically” and it will surely increase battery by some extent.




• Search out the monster Check out the application that is using maximum battery and then adjust options in a way that you feel can reduce battery usage. To check the application and amount of battery they are using go to Settings >> About Phone >> Battery usage
